Palma—no sugar, creamer, or additives needed

Loving these beans! I am grinding beans as needed, and so far I have not had issues with anything. So far my cups have been pretty balanced, have allowed me to add spices as I please and the flavors blended well with the spices I’ve added. My cup of coffee is not screaming at me or hurting my tongue with horrible aftertaste, acidity or bitterness. I have not felt the need to add anything to my coffee in order to cover for anything… those who drink coffee from places like Starbucks and Dunkin will understand me… only syrups and cream keep their business afloat because their beans are literal crap.

I have tried two different brewing methods: espresso and french press. The crema that I was able to get when brewed as espresso was dreamy and creamy! I was able to taste notes of nutty/earthy chocolate, and vibrant fruit. I look forward to the flavors that will develop as my bag of beans age in the upcoming weeks.
