At Casaroma Cafe, we’re always looking for new ways to bring coffee, culture, and community to life and this time that meant brewing under the city lights.
Our Casaroma Coffee Cart was invited to serve the overnight production crew of Love Story (FX) — a Ryan Murphy–produced anthology series centered on the romance between JFK Jr. and Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy. This was a first for us in many ways: our first TV production, our first overnight event, and one of our most spontaneous setups ever.
🎬 Coffee on Set, All Night Long
The call time: 10 PM.
The location: Park Avenue, NYC.
The setup: Literally between two 18-wheelers.
But that’s what makes our mobile espresso bar special, all we need is electricity, and we can turn any space into a full-service cafe. There was something majestic about it: our green-lit espresso machine glowing in the dark, becoming the main light source as the crew lined up for espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos through the night. It was surreal — New York energy at its finest.
And the best part? They found us on TikTok.
That’s right, someone from the production team came across one of our videos and reached out to book the Casaroma Coffee Cart for their overnight shoot. It was a powerful reminder of how important it is to keep telling your story and showing up online. Every reel, every post, every tag helps new people discover what you do.

☕️ Lessons from the Late-Night Grind
Every pop-up teaches us something new and this one was no different. We quickly learned that most people were ordering for their teammates, carrying multiple drinks back across the set. So next time, we’ll come prepared with cup holders and carrying cases to make those runs easier. We’re always learning, adapting, and dialing in our service.
