Café, restaurant, hotel, or shop — I sell Casaroma coffee on, by the cup or by the bag. Tax-exempt with a valid NY ST-120.
I'm buying coffee for my own team to drink
Office, lab, studio, gym, any workplace. Nothing is resold, so sales tax applies.
Tax Exemption for Resale
Because you're buying to resell, your orders are tax-exempt in New York State. You will need to provide a completed NY ST-120 Resale Certificate upon approval. Please have your Tax ID / EIN ready.
