Inspired by the resilience and beauty of the palm tree, Palma is more than just a coffee—it marks a milestone for Casaroma Cafe as our first-ever house-roasted blend, crafted with passion and precision. Sourced from the Dominican Republic and Guatemala, this medium roast has quickly become a signature offering in our cafes, loved for its perfect balance of fruitiness, nuttiness, and chocolatey depth.

  • Origins: Dominican Republic, Guatemala
  • Tasting Notes: Pineapple, Praline and Milk Chocolate
  • Process: Washed
  • Roast Level: Medium

We recommend brewing this coffee at a 1:15 ratio for drip. 

  • For 65g (473ml) of coffee, use 1L of water with a medium grind.
